Mr. Mixon, our founder, has over 25 years of experience in the managerial and
technical direction of projects. His focus has been in the areas of
transportation system management and operation, intelligent transportation
systems (ITS) and connected vehicle systems. This has resulted in a broad range
of clients, including private corporations, foreign, federal, state and local
governments.
Mr. Mixon has instilled in the firm his comprehensive knowledge of project
lifecycle methodologies including research, planning, design, construction,
deployment, integration and operations. His technical expertise has been honed
through experience and involvement in projects covering a wide range of
functional areas and modes including connected vehicles, weather systems,
traffic management systems, traveler information systems, rural transportation
systems, public transportation systems and intermodal transportation systems.
